afro.tools is an open-source registry of API specs for African providers: payments, messaging, identity, delivery, speech and more as it grows. Each spec lists endpoints, parameters, response fields, error codes and gotchas taken from the provider's documentation, with a status that says whether it was tested against the provider's API. Your agent can list providers, search specs, fetch one spec, ask for a missing provider, and prepare a GitHub integration report. Open source: github.com/afrotools/afrotools.
