Connect Claude to your BOCP ERP account and ask about your business in plain language: "how were sales last month compared to the month before?", "which pilots have open problems today?", "which published products have no images?", "which products in stock haven't sold in 6 months?".

BOCP is a cloud ERP used by companies in Romania and the region for invoicing, stock, sales, eCommerce and operations.

What Claude can read, as granted by your account administrator:

• Business figures: daily indicators (invoiced value, receipts, orders, margin, stock movements) and current positions (stock value at purchase or sale price, potential margin, receivables, number of clients and products). Company-level totals only, with comparisons against previous periods and last year. Off until the administrator ticks them.
• Automation pilots: what each BOCP pilot (orders, invoicing, AWB, catalog and others) did in a period, its open problems with the document number and a sign-in-protected link, and its work queues.
• Product catalog (Pilot Catalog, on by default): codes, names, short descriptions, producers, characteristics, categories and image links; filters for catalog problems (missing images, descriptions, categories, producers, duplicate codes) and for products not sold or consumed in the last N months. No prices, costs, stock quantities or supplier names.

What Claude can propose (optional paid "read and operate" licence):

• Product updates: names, short descriptions, producers, additional codes, images, categories and characteristics. Nothing changes in BOCP until a person approves each proposal there; every proposal is kept as history.

Privacy and control:

• No personal data: no client or supplier identities, contacts or employee data.
• Every tool is listed from the first connection; tools that are not enabled say so, and work as soon as the administrator enables them, without reconnecting.
• Every request is recorded in the connector's access log; deactivating the conne
