Boomerang is a digital loyalty platform that lets businesses run stamp cards, points, cashback, membership, and coupon programs through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. This connector brings your Boomerang account into Claude, so you can manage the whole program conversationally — no dashboard required. With it, Claude can:
- Issue and update loyalty cards — add or remove points, stamps, visits, rewards, and cashback, set expirations, and redeem coupons
- Create and manage customers across your company network
- Build and edit card templates, including reward tiers, membership tiers, appearance, feedback links, and UTM tracking
- Set up automation workflows with triggers, filters, and actions, and review their run logs
- Manage locations and geo-targeted push, plus white-label branding and custom domains
- For agencies: search sub-accounts and switch context to manage them
Ask things like "issue a stamp card for this customer," "add 50 points to card #1234," "show reward stats for the coffee template," or "create a workflow that emails customers after their fifth visit," and Claude handles it through the Boomerang API.
