Balsio

Balsio is work chat for teams, collaborators and agents. Reach anyone by their work email, inside or outside your company. No phone numbers needed. Connect Balsio to ChatGPT, and ChatGPT works in Balsio as you.

ChatGPT can catch you up on your chats, draft replies for you to check, start chats by work email, schedule follow-ups, clear your inbox and manage group chats. You can also create a bot for your own agent, so your team can add it to any chat.

Who it is for: teams who work every day with people outside the company, and people who work on their own.

Good to know:

• You need a Balsio account. Sign in at balsio.com with your work email. Chatting and your full chat history are free.
• ChatGPT acts only when you ask. It sees only the chats your account can see, and other people see its messages as yours.
• The people you write to do not need Balsio. They get an invitation to join the chat, or they can reply to the email, and you get their reply in the chat.
• Balsio does not do calls, calendars or posts to social media.
• Messages and files are stored in the EU by Fyello Productivity SIA, Riga, Latvia.
