New to BubblaV? You create your account and your first chatbot when you connect: 1. Sign in to BubblaV, or create an account. 2. Enter your website URL. BubblaV reads your pages and trains your chatbot in about 2 minutes. No website? Choose "I don't have a website", add some text or a file, and get a chat link to share in your bio, on WhatsApp or by email. 3. Come back to ChatGPT and ask for your embed code.
Then manage your chatbot from ChatGPT:
- Check performance: conversations, resolution rate, ratings and response times for any date range.
- Find gaps: see the questions your chatbot could not answer and the questions people ask most.
- Teach your chatbot: add or remove knowledge, upload documents, and add pages to crawl.
- Review conversations: read what visitors asked and how the chatbot replied.
- Configure: update chatbot instructions, widget appearance, forms and custom tools.
When you connect, you choose one chatbot. ChatGPT can only access that chatbot.
Privacy and limits: ChatGPT never receives visitor email addresses, phone numbers, captured leads, API keys or secrets. It cannot create or edit automation flows. Use the BubblaV dashboard for these.
