Caribooks

Caribooks helps business owners and bookkeepers work with their QuickBooks Online companies. Review financial reports and open invoices, find expenses missing receipts, and match documents from the Caribooks document box to transactions. Save company-specific bookkeeping rules and prepare recurring tasks whose proposed changes can be reviewed in the Caribooks portal. For companies on Autopilot with Stripe connected in the Caribooks portal, the assistant prepares how Stripe sales, fees, refunds and payouts are recorded in QuickBooks; nothing is recorded until the user confirms the setup in the portal.

A Caribooks account connected to QuickBooks Online is required. Each company has its own access setting: new companies start with write access, and the account owner can switch any company to read-only. Deleting or voiding a record requires explicit confirmation, and an emailed document waits for approval in the Caribooks portal. Caribooks records bookkeeping entries and does not transfer money or process card charges. Features depend on the account's existing access.

Caribooks is developed by Peich Technologies Inc. and connects through Intuit OAuth. It is an independent product. The document box and Autopilot retain documents and activity as described in the privacy policy.
