ClosedLoop AI is an AI tool for product builders and product managers at B2B software companies. It reads the customer conversations a company already has, such as sales and success calls, support tickets, Slack threads, CRM notes and surveys, and tells each builder what to build next, with the customers, quotes and revenue behind every product insight.
With ClosedLoop AI in ChatGPT you can:
- See the biggest product opportunities, ranked by how many customers raised them and the revenue behind them.
- Search what customers said about any topic and read the original quotes.
- Open an opportunity to see its evidence and the affected customers.
- Look up a customer to see everything they have told you across calls, tickets and surveys.
- Get an overview of your feedback: insight and customer counts, deal blockers, churn and top categories.
Who it is for: product builders, product managers and product leaders who decide what to build, and the teams around them.
How it works: you sign in with your ClosedLoop AI account and choose a workspace. ChatGPT can then read that workspace's product insights, opportunities and customers. ClosedLoop AI only reads; it does not change, delete or send anything from ChatGPT.
Limitations: you need a ClosedLoop AI account with connected sources (for example Gong, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack or HubSpot). Answers cover only the data in your workspace, and accounts you are not a member of are never visible.
