Contexter
ChatGPT pluginMemory for any AI & Telegram
Contexter is memory that stays the same in every AI you use. What you save in ChatGPT is there when you open Claude or write to the Telegram bot, and what arrives in Telegram is there for ChatGPT. No copying, no explaining the project again in a new chat.
How it works
- Save a result of your work (a plan, a list, a summary, a decision) into a context: a folder for one project or idea.
- Add notes, photos and files from Telegram: send them to the bot, or let it collect a group chat you have joined.
- Ask about a context in any assistant and continue where you stopped yesterday, even if that was a different AI.
- Share a context with a person: they read it in their own AI, and both of you add to it.
What ChatGPT can do with Contexter connected
- list your contexts and show what each one holds;
- read a context's records and answer from them;
- save a result into a context, or update a saved list instead of making a second copy;
- tell you who will see a record before it lands in a shared context;
- send a result into a Telegram group chat you take part in, or post an invitation link so the people there can join a shared context, both only when you ask for it.
What Contexter never does Nothing is saved silently: every write happens on your explicit request. Deletions are reversible for 7 days. Shared contexts always show their audience. Nothing is collected from your conversation beyond what you ask to save.

Skills
recall-from-contexter
Finds and reads what the person keeps in Contexter: their contexts (project folders), results saved from any AI, and messages they sent to the Telegram bot. Use when the user asks what they have saved about a project or idea, wants to open, show or go through a context, looks for something they saved or sent to the bot, or wants to continue work they keep in Contexter and started in another AI or in Telegram. Do not use for ChatGPT's own memory or chat history, for files uploaded into this chat, for searching the web, or for general questions that merely mention a project.
save-to-contexter
Saves a result of this conversation into the person's Contexter, so it is there in the Telegram bot and in their other AIs, or updates a record they saved earlier. Use when the user asks to save, write down or keep something and names a context, Contexter, the bot, another AI or "for later across my tools"; when a Contexter context is already the subject of this conversation and they say "save this"; when they ask to add to or change a list, plan or note they saved before; or when they want a new context started from this chat. Do not use for ChatGPT's own memory ("remember my name"), for files the user uploaded into this chat, or when nobody asked to save anything.
setup
Gets a person started with Contexter right after installing it. Explains in three lines what a context, records and the Telegram bot are, looks at what they already have, and helps them start a first context from a project, an idea or notes they keep. Use when the plugin was just installed, when the user asks what Contexter is or how to begin, or when their Contexter turns out to be empty. Do not use for everyday saving, searching or sharing once contexts exist, and not for general advice about projects.
share-context
Shares a Contexter context with a person, or sends a result into a Telegram group the person takes part in. Use when the user wants to give someone access to a context or project, invite a person, see or change who can see a context, post or deliver something into their Telegram group, or bring a group's members into a context. Do not use for saving or reading records, and never to send anything the person did not ask to send.
