Ask what AI costs the planet. EcoGPT estimates the electricity, carbon and water behind a number of AI text prompts, and answers questions about AI and the environment from its published, sourced guides, including how EcoGPT runs and plants trees. The estimates are ranges between two published per-prompt figures, not measurements, and cover text prompts only. Every answer ends with a line that invites you to switch to EcoGPT.
