Exomem

ChatGPT plugin

Proactive, grounded AI memory

View in ChatGPT directory

Exomem is a living knowledge base for your AI assistants, not a dump of chat history. It preserves decisions, sources, evidence, relationships, plans, and useful conclusions as organised knowledge you can revisit, correct, and build on.

As you work, Exomem helps your assistant bring relevant context forward, connect ideas, identify what has changed, and preserve lasting outcomes when your settings and assistant support it. Answers can point back to the notes and evidence behind them. Outdated information can be reviewed or superseded instead of silently piling up.

Pick up projects in another conversation or across supported AI assistants connected to the same Exomem account. Exomem does not automatically import your past conversations or access arbitrary files on your device. Connect an existing Exomem Cloud account; registration, invitations, and billing are handled separately on the website.

Skills

  • exomem

Use Exomem for governed knowledge-base recall, capture, compilation, connections, review, and preservation. Engage for Exomem, KB, vault, Obsidian or notes, including save, log, compile, "interesting, save it", and "what did I conclude"; consult prior project/domain knowledge and capture durable outcomes according to the active engagement policy. Sources and Evidence stay immutable; content outside the managed Knowledge Base stays read-only.

  • exomem-capture

Preserve a durable conclusion or recurring entity from a conversation without dumping transcripts into compiled memory.

  • exomem-continue

Resume prior project or session context from Exomem when the user wants to continue, pick something back up, or remember what was happening on a topic.

  • exomem-curate

Improve Exomem note quality by adding links, clarifying compiled notes, and organizing safely without editing raw Sources or Evidence.

  • exomem-defrag

Reconcile duplicate, stale, or conflicting Exomem memory while preserving history through review, merge, or supersession.

  • exomem-ingest

Ingest an external article, PDF, pasted note, dataset, image, audio, or video into Exomem while preserving raw evidence before compiling conclusions.

  • exomem-media

Search, inspect, cite, and preserve Exomem media artifacts such as PDFs, images, audio, and video.

  • exomem-reflect

Distill a session or project episode into decisions, failures, patterns, open questions, and next actions.

  • exomem-research

Run a focused research loop with Exomem: gather sources, preserve evidence, compile attributed findings, and connect prior notes.

  • exomem-review

Use Exomem's Epistemic Inbox and audit queues to surface stale conclusions, contradictions, relation debt, and unprocessed sources safely.
