Fluv Hub is a management hub for online sellers in Brazil. It brings together, in one place, the sales, stock, listings and finances of the stores you run on marketplaces such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, TikTok Shop and Amazon. This app connects ChatGPT to your own Fluv Hub account, so you can ask about your business and carry out routine tasks in plain language.
What you can ask
- Sales: totals by period and marketplace, order search and order details, top-selling products.
- Inventory: product and stock search, stock summary, stock history of a product.
- Listings: search your listings and open the details of one.
- Customer service: buyer questions and after-sales conversations.
- Invoices: search invoices and see the ones that need attention.
- Finance: results for a period, real profit margin per product, bills that are overdue or due soon.
- Purchasing: what to reorder and how much, and what is already on the way.
- Paid ads: spend, revenue and ACOS per ad account and campaign, as synced in your hub.
- Team: goals progress in the current cycle, what needs attention now, today's pending items, Kanban tasks, and what the hub's automations did.
What you can change (only if you grant write access) Record an expense or mark one as paid, register a purchase order, create a Kanban task, and create, take, reply to or complete a pending item.
How access works You sign in with your Fluv Hub user and choose whether ChatGPT may only read or may also make changes. ChatGPT sees exactly what that user can see in Fluv Hub, and only data from that user's company. Every change is recorded with the user's name, and you can disconnect at any time.
Limitations An existing Fluv Hub account is required. The app works with the data already in your hub: it does not move money, does not contact suppliers, buyers or marketplaces on your behalf, and does not delete records. Amounts are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and dates follow Brasilia time. Tool names and data are in Portuguese.
