Grocer

Turn recipes and meal plans from your chat into a grocery list you can shop from and share. Ask for a week of dinners, paste a recipe, or name a dish, and Grocer saves the ingredients with quantities, scaled to your servings. The same ingredient from different recipes is combined into one item, and each item is sorted into its store aisle. Then check items off as you shop, see what's still left, edit or rename items and lists, and share a list with the people you shop with or create an invite link for someone new.

Lists are saved to your Grocer account and sync with the Grocer iPhone app, where everyone on a shared list sees changes as they happen. After an add, a Grocer list card in the chat shows the list, lets you tick items off, and opens it in the app.

Made for people who plan meals, cook from recipes, or shop for a household or roommates. Connect a Grocer account to get started; you can create one with email, Apple, or Google while connecting. Shared lists follow each person's permissions. Grocer keeps the list; it does not suggest meals itself, show store prices, or order groceries.
