InfyNote is the workspace small teams run their work in: the people or jobs they serve, the notes and goals behind each one, schedules, tasks, reminders and a Threads page of free-form write-ups (plans, policies, research, leads). Connected to ChatGPT, it lets a signed-in team member look up who and what is on their books, read the workspace's threads, tasks, reminders, board cards and checklists, and — the one way ChatGPT can write — start a new thread or add to an existing write-up, so research or a draft done in ChatGPT lands in the workspace where the team will find it. Adding to a write-up only appends; nothing in the workspace can be edited, replaced or deleted from ChatGPT. Client notes, goals, uploaded files and other sensitive records are deliberately not exposed to ChatGPT.
