KaiCalls connects ChatGPT to your business phone line. Kai, your phone secretary, answers the calls you can't take, and this plugin lets you work with what happened on them: who called today and what they wanted, call transcripts and recordings, leads and their AI score, voicemails, text conversations, outbound campaigns and call analytics.
You can also act on it. Ask Kai to call a lead back, send a customer a text, add or update a lead, or adjust your secretary's greeting and business rules. Anything that reaches a customer, spends money or changes your live line asks for your confirmation first.
Everything is scoped to the KaiCalls business you pick when you connect, so ChatGPT only sees your own account. Works for any small business that gets phone calls: law firms, home services, clinics, agencies and more.
