Klardaten DATEV-Connector

Klardaten DATEV-Connector gives authorized users controlled access to DATEV accounting, payroll (Lohn und Gehalt and LODAS), document management, order management, and master data through ChatGPT. It supports guided discovery, scoped list and detail lookups, financial reporting, DMS metadata and eligible content search, document retrieval and filing, order inspection, payroll snapshots, and client and addressee workflows. Large read results are delivered as authenticated files. With separately selected OAuth permissions, it can create uncommitted accounting sequences, upload original attachments and create new DMS documents, and create or update DATEV clients and addressees. Files up to 20 MiB retain their original bytes. Master-data changes apply directly; updates preserve fields and collection items the user did not change. Existing DMS documents cannot be overwritten or deleted, accounting sequences cannot be finalized, and master-data records cannot be deleted. After an uncertain write result, check DATEV before another attempt. Every write permission starts unchecked during authorization, and selecting accounting write does not enable DMS or master-data writes. LODAS requires the exchange service for the selected client. An active Klardaten account, a connected DATEVconnect Gateway, and MCP access are required. Access is limited to the DATEV data and operations permitted for the authenticated user.
