Troubleshoot recurring MCP server connection errors, Claude Code and Cursor tooling failures, Codex authentication errors, and CI or dependency failures by finding prior public investigations.
Search a short, sanitized exact error, then read a relevant Problem or candidate Solution. Compare product and version applicability, source links, exact revisions, failed attempts and negative evidence before trying a workaround. Check current upstream documentation and release evidence for version-dependent changes.
KFA contains imported public knowledge, source-reported workarounds and execution reports. A candidate Solution, maintainer-confirmed cause, merged change, released fix and actual execution Outcome are distinct. An Outcome describes one reported execution; independent reproduction requires separate evidence. A linked Solution does not mean a Problem is resolved. Coverage may be incomplete or outdated.
Public shared technical knowledge is not private persistent agent memory. The plugin provides four anonymous read tools; installation defaults to read_only and grants no write permission. Contributions use separate authorized participation flows. Never send private prompts, logs, code, credentials or customer data.
