Paperguide connects ChatGPT and Codex to scientific literature and your research workspace. Discover papers from a catalog of 200M+ research works; read and critically evaluate saved PDFs; compare studies, synthesize findings, and explore evidence gaps; organize reference libraries; and create, revise, and export cited documents in Paperguide AI Writer.
Six guided research Skills support literature discovery, critical appraisal, cross-study evidence comparison, research gap exploration, academic writing, and reference organization. The Skills orchestrate the existing Paperguide MCP tools, with source links and page references when available. They do not independently run a comprehensive systematic review, certify risk-of-bias ratings, perform meta-analysis, or guarantee that a missing paper has no evidence.
Paperguide also supports finding missing PDFs for existing systematic reviews and formatting citations. A Paperguide account and authorization are required to access saved content. Full-text availability varies; some actions use AI credits or usage allowances, and imported material may not be available in full text.
