Patch MCP

Let Patch answer while you keep working. Your AI phone assistant answers everyday business questions, takes messages and callback details, and can book appointments through a connected booking system using the rules you provide. Review what callers needed, confirmed outcomes, transcripts and available recordings from your chat.

Use an owned US or Canadian Patch number on an eligible plan. Share it directly, or forward missed calls or all calls from your existing business line where your carrier supports it. Verifying your existing number alone does not enable answering; forwarding must be activated with your phone provider.

With the permissions you approve, configure your inbound greeting, business information, language, voice, answering hours, timezone and fallback. Save and test a draft with a simulated caller before applying it. Connect supported tools and authorize the actions your assistant may take. Simulations do not make real phone calls or exercise connected booking tools; actual bookings depend on a connected, authorized system.

Patch also makes individual outbound calls for availability checks, reservations and follow-ups from an enabled outbound number. Follow calls live, stop them and review the actual results. Supported languages include English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Dutch and German.

Calls are private by default. Explicit public sharing exposes call details, phone numbers, transcript and audio to anyone with the link until you revoke sharing. The voice agent is instructed to disclose recording and identify itself as AI if asked. Emergency calling, agent texting and automatic text monitoring are unsupported. Calling and number availability depend on your plan, permissions and supported routes.
