RentReboot

RentReboot helps renters research neighborhoods and manage their apartment search. Search public renter guides and compare published NYC asking-rent data. Connect on rentreboot.com with a 6-digit email code. New renters can create an account after verifying their email and set a first search with city, neighborhoods, budget, and bedrooms. With scoped permission, read your account and saved search, review apartments already sent in alerts, see historical apartment records matching your saved requirements, and check provider-confirmed NYC Housing Connect statuses. After your explicit request and confirmation, update your search, pause or resume apartment alerts, and save, hide, or track an alerted apartment. Access is limited to the connected renter. Tools exclude credentials, contact information, internal account identifiers, broker contact details, income, and household details. No tool can charge you, create checkout links, change billing, delete an account, unsubscribe, submit housing applications, or message a broker. Closed accounts are never reopened by signup.
