ReplyOnTheFly writes the reply to a customer review so you don't have to.
Paste a review, or a screenshot of one, and say which business it is for. You get a reply that fits the star rating: a warm thank-you for happy customers, and for unhappy ones a calm reply that acknowledges the problem, doesn't argue, and offers to make it right. Healthcare replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient.
The replies follow the same writing rules as ReplyOnTheFly's review reply service: short, specific to what the customer said, no corporate filler, no emojis. Choose a tone (friendly, professional, casual or enthusiastic) and a length, add anything the reply should mention, such as "we fixed the AC" or "sign off as Maria", and ask for different wording until it sounds like you.
Need more reviews? Ask for a ready-to-send text or email that asks a customer for a Google review, worded for your type of business, with your review link at the end and never an incentive (Google prohibits them).
Works for Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Trustpilot reviews. Nothing is posted or sent for you and no account is needed.
