What you can do:

• Log an activity (tenant and guest communication, leasing, property management, contractors and repairs, showings, acquisitions, financing, bookkeeping) with its category, duration and date.
• See your properties and add new ones.
• Check your hours toward the 750-hour threshold.
• List recent activities and your activity categories.
• Sync your connected Google Calendar.
• Send work you describe from emails to the review inbox as suggestions. Nothing from email is logged until you classify it in the app.
