Spherum is an emergency-contact service built on one rule: each employee owns their emergency card, and the company gets scoped, revocable access to it, never a copy. This plugin lets HR managers and administrators manage their company's Spherum employee list from ChatGPT.
Sign in with your Spherum Portal account, then ask ChatGPT to:
- show who hasn't accepted their invitation yet, and who has granted access
- invite one person, or up to 20 at once
- re-send an invitation to someone who hasn't responded
- archive the record of someone who has left, or restore it when they come back
ChatGPT acts as you, with your own role and access, and never sees what is on anyone's card: no tool can read an emergency contact. It cannot close a person's card either, because only that person can. Inviting and archiving affect real people, so review each change ChatGPT proposes before you confirm it.
Requires a Spherum company workspace.
