TalkToData Seller Insights

TalkToData Seller Insights is an independent read-only reporting and analysis product by NAVINES for sellers using eBay. Review account health, active and unsold listings, recent orders, inventory quantities, offers, inventory locations, seller policies, selling privileges and limits, listing traffic, customer-service metrics, seller standards and practical attention signals from the account you authorize through TalkToData.

Twelve read-only tools cover these seller workflows with bounded results and date ranges of up to 90 days where applicable. Availability depends on the seller's marketplace, permissions and eBay API support. The product cannot publish or change listings or offers, change prices or quantities, fulfill or cancel orders, issue refunds, edit policies, move inventory, change advertising, access billing actions, or modify account settings.

eBay is the supported data source. TalkToData is an independent NAVINES product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay or OpenAI. eBay is a trademark of its respective owner.

Your eBay account. Your questions. One conversation. Ask about the seller data you authorize in everyday language, follow up on an unexpected result, and turn returned records into a practical review plan. Use ChatGPT wherever it is available to you, including on mobile, to explore your seller account without manually assembling every report.

Explore questions across your eBay business:

• Which active or unsold listings deserve a closer look?
• What do recent orders and listing traffic reveal about my products?
• How do inventory quantities and published offers compare?
• What do seller standards, customer-service metrics and account limits show?
• Which reported attention signals should my team investigate first?

Use the plugin in ChatGPT for conversational reporting, or combine its read-only eBay reports with Codex for deeper work. For example: retrieve my listing and inventory reports, compare them with the CSV files I provide, and help me write an analysis script or prioritize listing improvements. Codex file access, code execution and edits use its separate tools and permissions; this plugin supplies the authorized eBay reports and does not apply account changes.

Investigate problems, not just numbers. Ask focused follow-up questions about low listing traffic, unsold items, inventory mismatches or seller-service signals. Use returned evidence to narrow possible explanations, identify what still needs verification, and build a step-by-step troubleshooting checklist for you or your team. Recommendations are analysis, not proof of a cause or automatic fixes; applying changes remains separate from this read-only connection.

Built for independent sellers, ecommerce teams and multichannel businesses. If you also sell on Amazon or Walmart, use this focused connection to investigate the eBay side of your business. Other marketplaces are not connected by this plugin. Base your next questions and review priorities on the returned account evidence, with reporting periods and partial results kept visible.
