Tracy at Qode

Tracy at Qode helps you set up and run one-to-one video or audio interviews from the chat. Use it for hiring screening, customer and user research or discovery, founder interviews, reference checks, employee check-ins, or a practice run.

Tell Tracy who you are interviewing and what you want to find out. It suggests questions and the fields each result should report. Review and edit the draft before saving it.

Invite participants by email or turn on an open interview link. Invitations and open-link changes need your approval of a preview before they take effect. For a practice run, take the interview yourself using your own email address.

Ask for participant status and results. Tracy reports what people said, with summaries against the fields you chose. Tracy does not score, rank or reject people. Review the answers yourself before deciding what to do next.

A Tracy account is created at first sign-in, using Google or an email code. Tracy reads and changes only your own interviews.

Supported languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch and Vietnamese. Interviews can use video or audio; an audio interview needs only a microphone from the participant.

Limitations: Tracy cannot pause interviews, change notification or billing settings, or notify you when a result arrives. Ask for the latest status, or use the web app at tracy.qode.world.
