Trussi AI

Trussi AI connects your Trussi roofing CRM to ChatGPT so your team can run the business in plain language.

Look things up:

• Find and open projects and customers by name, address or job number, with full job detail (status, quotes, files, measurements)
• Read what's inside project files: the text of PDFs like estimates, insurance scopes and contracts, plus spreadsheets and photos
• Check your sales pipeline, dashboard, and rep leaderboard
• Pull month-by-month revenue, AR/collections, and marketing-channel performance
• See calendar, labor, and delivery schedules for any day or date range
• Review profit analysis, worksheets (signed value, collected, balance due), and insurance supplements
• Read project and per-user activity timelines, and run your saved reports

Take action (with your permissions):

• Add comments, create leads, calendar events and quotes, and move projects through the pipeline
• Save a file from the chat to a project, or upload documents, photos and measurement reports from a link

Security:

• OAuth 2.0 sign-in with PKCE; the app only sees data your account already allows
• Every request is account-scoped and capability-checked, exactly like the Trussi app
• Read and write are separate scopes you approve when connecting

Built for roofing teams - reps, production, and owners - scoped automatically by role and branch.
