Switchbooks is AI bookkeeping software for small businesses and accountants. Work with Claude to categorize and post transactions, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and create journal entries.
Run profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet and cash flow reports. Compare periods, investigate changes, and drill into the transactions behind the numbers. Switch between companies you can access.
Choose your permissions: Read-only access lets Claude review your accounting data and reports. If you allow bookkeeping changes when connecting, Claude can update supported records, complete supported reconciliations and undo supported changes. Review the company, dates and proposed work before approving changes. The connector does not move money or initiate payments.
Get started: Create a Switchbooks account and company, then add your transactions through a bank connection or an import in Switchbooks. Connect Switchbooks to Claude and choose your permissions. A bank connection is optional.
Switchbooks costs $25 per company per month, with a 10-day free trial and no credit card required.
