Sytex

Sytex is a field operations platform used by telecom, energy and infrastructure companies to plan, execute and audit work in the field. This connector lets Claude work in your Sytex organization with your own account and permissions.

Ask Claude to:

• Find and summarize work: open or delayed tasks, project and workflow progress, stoppers, who is assigned to what.
• Look up sites, network elements, clients, staff and suppliers.
• Review forms and their answers, materials, stock and material operations.
• Build reports, grids and dashboards, and read your knowledge base.
• Make changes for you: create and edit tasks, move them through their status flow, log hours, open and resolve stoppers, and more.

How it works:

• Read requests run freely; anything that creates, edits or deletes data is a separate tool, so Claude asks before making changes.
• Every connection is bound to one Sytex organization and acts only with the permissions your user already has.
• You can see and disconnect your connected assistants at any time from your Sytex profile.
