ecohome

ecohome is a home inventory app. Connect it to Claude and ask about the things in your home, or add new things, in plain language: "what is in the garage?", "do I own a cordless drill and where is it?", "how many tins of tomatoes do I have?", "how much stuff do I have at home and what is it worth?", "add a cordless drill to the garage". It can give a whole-household overview (item counts, total estimated value, the rooms and categories with the most items), count items by room, category or brand, or add new items to a household.

When you connect, you sign in with your ecohome account and approve the connection on a consent page that names Claude, shows the households it can access and lists exactly what is shared. Claude can read item names, brands, categories, quantities, locations, descriptions and estimated values in the households you approve, including items other household members added, and can add new items to them when you ask. It can only add new items: it cannot change or delete existing ones, and you can remove anything it added in the ecohome app. It cannot see receipts, emails, payment details, photos or documents.

A connection lasts up to 90 days and ends after 30 days without use. You get an email each time an assistant is connected, and you can disconnect at any time at mcp.ecohome.one/connections or in Claude's settings. Connecting is for people aged 18 and over.
