Hevy is a mobile app for tracking gym workouts. It lets you log exercises, sets, reps, and weights; build workout routines; and track your progress over time.
With Hevy in Claude, you can ask Claude to build routines and training programs and save them directly to your Hevy account. You can also use it to analyse your workout history for personalised feedback. (e.g. "Build me a 4-day split to get jacked this summer in Hevy" or "Based on my past 20 workouts on Hevy, what tips can you give me to improve?").
