Flopinio

Flopinio connects Claude to your Flopinio workspace so you can find client-work context and carry it forward without switching tools.

What you can do:

• Search and read workspace knowledge across notes, requests, projects, tasks, decisions, clients, invoices, and time entries.
• Review incoming requests, run triage, and apply the triage result.
• Create and update tasks, notes, and decisions with full source context.
• Track time: start and stop timers, log time entries, and record delivery work on tasks.
• Prepare draft invoices from tracked work and apply prepared drafts.
• Query workspace analytics and review agent runs and pending approvals.

How it keeps you in control:

• Each user connects their own Flopinio account with OAuth and grants permissions per area (for example, tasks, notes, time entries, or invoices), with separate read and write access.
• Reads follow your existing Flopinio permissions and stay inside the workspace you select.
• Changes are staged as approvals that you review in Flopinio before they take effect. Immediate execution is possible only when you have explicitly enabled self-approval for that connection, and every action is still recorded.

Requires a Flopinio account with access to the workspace you want to connect.
