Nothing reaches your customers without you. Jobs booked from Claude stay pencilled and quotes stay drafts until you confirm and send them in Mucka. It never takes payments or deletes anything, and it only sees what your role in Mucka allows.
You need a Mucka account to use it, and only workspace owners can connect it.
