nauw is the online booking system for Swiss hairdressers, beauty studios, massage and therapy practices. The nauw connector lets you find a business and book an appointment in plain language, without filling in a booking form:
- Find businesses by type and place: "Find a hairdresser in Chur"
- See services, durations and prices of a business
- Check free times: "When does Natursalon have time next week?"
- Book: name, phone number and e-mail are all that is needed – you get the usual confirmation e-mail from the business
- If a time was taken in the meantime, you get the nearest free alternatives
Availability is exactly what the business's own booking page shows, and the business's booking rules (notice period, booking window, manual confirmation) apply. Booking is the only write action and is marked as such, so Claude asks you before it books. No nauw account is needed. Business data is in German; times are in Swiss time (Europe/Zurich).
