Pando

Pando is the CRM for Belgian real-estate agents (BIV). This connector lets an agent work with their own office data in plain language. An agent signs in with their Pando account and chooses read-only or read-and-write. The assistant only ever sees what that agent may see in Pando.

What it can do:

• Start the day: a ranked briefing of what needs attention (new leads, overdue tasks, today's visits, dossier deadlines).
• Find and filter listings, contacts and leads ("houses in Berchem with 3 bedrooms under 400,000", "which buyers match this listing?").
• Plan, move or cancel visits and find free time slots. Visits appear in the Pando agenda and in the agent's calendar linked in Pando (Outlook, Google or iCloud).
• Send the visit confirmation or reminder to the visitor, sent by Pando from the office.
• Log calls and notes, convert a lead into a contact, update contacts and search profiles.
• Record a bid (saved as pending; accepting stays in Pando).
• Read mandate dates and status, add notes to a listing, draft a listing description in Dutch, French and English.
• Request missing documents from the seller and send listing changes to portals, each after a preview of exactly what will be sent.
• Create or update listings, add photos, publish to portals or take them offline (needs a read-and-write sign-in and the agent's own publishing right).

Safety:

• Every action is limited to the agent's own office.
• Commission, fees and billing data are never returned.
• Mails to clients are always sent by Pando and are shown for confirmation first.
• A repeated request never creates a duplicate.
• Every change is recorded in the office's activity log.
• Office owners can see and disconnect every connection, or switch AI connections off for the whole office.

What Claude reads from Pando is processed by Anthropic under the user's own Anthropic terms. Pando itself is hosted in the EU.
