Connect Australian Registered Training Organisation staff to RTObase. Find students, review enrolments and unit progress, browse courses, classes and sessions, and inspect attendance, bookings and form requests. Connections can also make permitted student, enrolment, class, attendance and booking changes when the signed-in staff role and access level allow them. Changes require confirmation; email or SMS choices are explicit. Payments, refunds, certificate issuance, AVETMISS lodgement and assessment decisions remain in RTObase. An existing RTObase staff account is required. Choose one organisation per connection and enable AI access to personal records in organisation Settings. Write access requires two-step verification. Disconnect at any time in Connected AI.
