For existing Comeback customers. Find customers and loyalty balances; inspect points, visits, orders and reward history; review loyalty rules, rewards, signup links and reports; update customer contact details; set loyalty point balances with an audit reason; create points-based rewards; save audiences; prepare unsent campaign drafts; and review campaign performance. Access follows current organization membership, admin permissions, customer pass restrictions and location restrictions. Customer, balance and reward writes update live records and run existing loyalty automations and integrations. Read current records before making changes or retrying an uncertain write. Campaigns must be reviewed and sent from the Comeback admin panel. Uses the existing Comeback sign-in and OAuth connection; no API keys are required.
