Fit File Forge

Read (activity data needs Garmin Connect linked in Fit File Forge with activity sharing on):

• Find and analyze sessions: summaries, laps and splits, time in zones, heart rate, pace, power, cadence and elevation, plus an optional cleaned time series for charts.
• Compare similar sessions; see weekly trends and fitness, fatigue and form (CTL/ATL/TSB).
• Race-time predictions and best efforts from recent training.
• Your goal and planned workouts, day by day, in a calendar card.

Write:

• Build structured running, cycling, swimming, strength and multisport workouts from a plain-language description, shown step by step in a workouts card.
• Edit a saved workout, or move workouts to other dates.
• Send saved workouts to your Garmin watch and calendar, only when you ask.

You sign in with your Fit File Forge account and choose what Claude may see and do: profile, activities, activity time series, reading workouts, writing workouts, and sending to Garmin. Disconnect any time in Claude or in Fit File Forge (Settings > Connected Apps).

Never shared: GPS locations or routes, original activity files, and health data such as sleep or HRV, which Fit File Forge does not collect. Training information only, not medical advice.
