HealthLoom

HealthLoom connects the health data on your phone to Claude. The HealthLoom app reads what your devices and apps write to Health Connect, including sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, workouts, weight, body composition, nutrition and blood pressure, and syncs it to a private, encrypted server. Claude can then answer questions about your own numbers instead of giving general advice.

What you can do:

• Compare your sleep with your training and recovery, or see how your resting heart rate has moved over a month
• Check protein, calories or steps against goals you set
• Track strength progress and spot lifts that have stalled
• Find gaps in your data, like missed weigh-ins or nights without sleep tracking
• Log things your devices can't see, like alcohol, illness or travel, so later answers take them into account

How it works: install the HealthLoom app on phone, allow Health Connect access, then add HealthLoom as a connector in Claude. Every new connection is approved on your phone. Your data is stored in a database encrypted with its own key, which only your phone and the AI apps you approve can unlock. HealthLoom doesn't sell your data or use it for advertising or AI training.

HealthLoom works with anything that writes to Health Connect, such as fitness trackers, smart rings, smart scales, workout loggers and food diaries. Most tools only read your data. Tools that change it, like editing or deleting a record, are marked so Claude asks before using them.
