Retailgrid is an AI pricing workspace for mid-market retailers. This connector lets you work with your Retailgrid account from Claude.
What you can do:
- Browse your product catalog and look up any SKU.
- List your pricing grids, read columns and rows, and build new grids from catalog filters.
- See why Retailgrid recommends a price, which rules applied and what limited it.
- Review the price approval queue, approve or reject proposals, override a price or add a comment.
- Check the forecast impact of approved changes and publish approved prices.
- Run and inspect product roles (KVI, traffic builders, margin drivers) and pin roles by hand.
How it works: you sign in with your Retailgrid login and approve access in the browser. Read and write access are separate scopes. The assistant only sees grids and jobs you own, and every call is checked against your organization's current permissions. You can disconnect at any time in Settings > AI connections.
