Connect Claude to RunBuddy, a running tracker built around your smartwatch data. Claude acts as your coach, and every recommendation is based on your logged workouts and established training principles.
What Claude can do:
- Analyze performance: pace, heart rate zones, cadence, weekly volume, personal records, and fitness/fatigue trends
- Check recovery: readiness, resting HR and HRV against your own baseline, with warnings about overtraining or volume spikes
- Plan your training: create, activate and adjust training plans; add, move or edit upcoming sessions; propose changes when life gets in the way
- Track goals and gear: set race goals, follow plan adherence, and log shoe mileage
- Remember you: injuries, target races and preferences carry over between conversations
Your wishes come first. Claude adapts the plan to you, not the other way around.
