The Weav MCP Server gives Claude access to your customer conversations, customer records, agent training data and customer knowledge base help center. Support, product, and success teams can search real customer service tickets, draft replies, and keep agent training data current without leaving Claude.
Manage your Help Center knowledge base: browse categories, search articles, read revision history, and create, edit, publish, unpublish, reorder, or delete articles and categories. New articles start as drafts; publishing is immediate. Version checks stop Claude from overwriting a teammate's newer edit, and every change Claude makes is recorded in the article's revision history with the user who made it.
