Apptoto is appointment reminder, scheduling, and two-way messaging software used by service businesses - medical and dental practices, law firms, salons, financial advisors, and home services. It syncs with the calendars and address books a business already uses (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Office 365, iCloud/CalDAV, Salesforce, Clio, Redtail CRM, and more), sends automated text, email, and voice reminders to clients, and collects their replies in a single inbox.

This connector lets Claude work directly with an Apptoto account. Ask about upcoming appointments across every connected calendar, look up and update contacts, and create, reschedule, or cancel events. Triage the inbox of client replies to reminders - confirmations, questions, and reschedule requests - read a full conversation thread, and send a reply on the same channel. Check open times on a booking page and schedule an appointment on a client's behalf, mark participants as confirmed, canceled, or no-show, and tag events and contacts for later follow-up.

• "Which appointments do I have this week, and who hasn't confirmed yet?"
• "Read the client replies that came in overnight and tell me which ones need a response."
• "Fred asked to move Thursday - find an open slot and rebook him, then text him to confirm."

The connector authenticates via OAuth, so Claude only receives the permissions you approve and acts strictly within the Apptoto account you connect. Tools that send messages or change appointments are marked as write actions, so Claude confirms with you before anything reaches your clients.
