Ciarem AI answers your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat with an AI agent that knows your business. Connect it to Claude to set that agent up, test it, and keep an eye on your inbox, without leaving the conversation.

Get started from Claude New to Ciarem? Create your account when you connect. Claude asks a few questions about your business, sets up your AI agent, reads your website into its knowledge base, and shows you how it answers sample customer messages. Then you connect WhatsApp or Instagram in the Ciarem web app and the AI starts answering real customers.

Set up and fine-tune your AI agent (admins)

• Change its tone, language, reply length and welcome message, and edit your business context
• Teach it corrections, add knowledge, and choose which knowledge each agent answers from
• Edit agents and create, edit or delete the rules for when it hands a chat to your team
• Test a reply on your real agents before customers see it (nothing is sent), and run the AI checks to catch a change that broke something else

Claude asks you to approve every change before it's saved.

Understand how it's doing (admins)

• Why the AI answered, transferred or declined in a specific conversation
• Handled vs transferred, errors, reply time, and the questions it couldn't answer
• Conversation and team metrics, account readiness, and what to fix first

Work your inbox and contacts

• Find waiting, unassigned or your own conversations and read them in full, internal notes included
• Look up a customer by name, phone or email and get a brief before a call
• Search the knowledge base the AI answers from, and get how-to answers from the Ciarem help center

It never sends messages to your customers or edits contacts, and it respects your Ciarem role: agents only see their own contacts and conversations, and AI and account tools are limited to admins.
