Prehrana

Prehrana is a food diary you fill in with words instead of forms. Tell Claude what you ate or drank ("two eggs and a slice of wholegrain bread for breakfast") and it estimates calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fibre, sugar and key micronutrients, then saves the entries to your Prehrana diary. Every write returns what was actually saved, so you can check it.

With the connector Claude can:

• log, correct and delete food entries, including fixing a wrong amount;
• show your day, your week and longer trends against your calorie and macro goals;
• give a recommendation for the rest of today based on what you have already eaten;
• set or remove goals, record weight and daily notes;
• track water;
• search the shared food catalogue and add foods to it;
• look at a meal a group member shared and log the same for you ("I had the same lunch as Ana"), only when both of you share meals and the member allowed assistants to see them;
• send feedback or a problem report to the developer, only after you agree.

The same diary is available in the Prehrana app at prehrana.app, where friends play a points game in groups.

Prehrana is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. Tools that change or delete data are marked as such, so Claude can ask before using them. A Prehrana account is required: a free 14-day trial, then a subscription managed in the app.
