SyncFuel is an AI fitness and nutrition coach for iPhone. This connector gives Claude the same abilities as the coach inside the app, working on your own SyncFuel account.
Read your data
- Meals with calories, protein, carbs and fat
- Strength workouts, cardio and Apple Health workouts
- Workout plans, phases (cut, bulk, maintain) and daily targets
- Apple Health metrics synced to SyncFuel: weight, body fat, steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, VO2 max and more
- Body logs, your coach chat history and memory
Log and change
- Log meals from a description, plus weight, body fat, measurements, sleep and cardio
- Edit or delete entries, with undo for every change
- Create and edit workout plans, start or end a phase, set goals and daily targets
- Add injury constraints so the plan swaps the affected exercises
Ask the coach
- Send a question to your SyncFuel coach; the answer also shows in the app
Everything you change from Claude appears in the SyncFuel app right away. Deleting several entries or a whole plan asks you to confirm first.
Requires the SyncFuel app. Connect with a one-time code from SyncFuel → Connections.
