Tacey checks every order's shipping address, lets customers fix or edit their own order on Shopify's order-status page, and keeps a record of every change and refund. Ask Claude about those records for your own store: which orders have an address problem and why, what customers changed and whether money was collected or refunded, which refunds or payments are waiting on you, which orders are held or could be merged, totals for any period, and your plan usage. Claude only reads, and never receives a customer's name, email, phone number or street address. You approve the connection inside your Shopify admin and can disconnect it from Tacey's Integrations page at any time. Made by ONDUTYOPS LLC.
